Recreation is an activity, which is done with and for enjoyment, not one that you are forced to do. Recreation is doing something you like and doing it because you want to do it.

Recreation can improve the health and well-being of people because everyone needs to do something they want to, to feel better. In your life, you need to have fun and do what you want.

Recreation is always compared with leisure and sports, leisure is free time and sports is something that you do to stay well with your body. These three are all very good for a human being because all of them have in common that it is your choice and no one forced you to do so and it does not consist of work.

EXAMPLES OF RECREATION

There are many different types of recreation in this world, you can even invent one... The most known and the ones that people like the most are hiking, fishing, hunting, sailing, motorbiking, rock climbing, canoeing and running. These are all examples of things that people like to do and feel well when they do so, everyone should try, it is wonderful to have fun and to do what you love.
